If you choose the refundable rate plan, your reservation can be cancelled without penalty until 4 p.m. (Hotel local time) on the day before arrival.

Cancellations after that time will be charged a penalty equal to the amount of the first night.

A penalty equal to the amount of the entire stay will be charged for no-shows.

Early departures reported after 4 p.m. (Hotel local time) on the day prior to departure will be charged a penalty equal to the amount of one night’s stay.

By choosing the non-refundable rate plan, in case of cancellation, the reservation amount will not be refunded in any case.
