Notice No. 14/2024 – Sicilian Region – ESF+ Regional Programme 2021–2027

The Company is participating in Notice No. 14/2024 of the Sicilian Region, funded under the ESF+ Sicily Regional Programme 2021–2027 – Priority 1 “Employment,” co-financed by the European Union.
The operation consists of an employment incentive requested in support of hires and conversions to permanent employment contracts carried out by the Company, in compliance with the requirements set out in the Notice.
The Notice falls under Priority 1 – Employment of the ESF+ Regional Programme 2021–2027 and forms part of Specific Objective ESO 4.1: “Improving access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular young people, notably through implementation of the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, and for inactive persons, including through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy (ESF+).”
This Notice is aimed primarily at unemployed people, with the aim of supporting job placement for as broad an audience as possible by helping reduce labour costs for companies that make permanent hires and retain them over time — including by converting existing fixed-term contracts or hiring, on a permanent basis, young people currently completing an internship with the company. The incentive can reach up to €10,000 per year for three years in the cases set out in the Notice, calibrated to the employer’s labour costs.
Through this operation, the Company intends to consolidate employment levels by maintaining permanent employment relationships, contributing to the objectives of the ESF+ Regional Programme on employment growth and labour market inclusion.
The operation benefits from financial support under the ESF+ Sicily Regional Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union, under Notice No. 14/2024.
